“We are pleased to advise that with effect from Monday 20th April we will be reopening the factory for a limited amount of manufacturing and assembly work.
Initially we will be concentrating on satisfying those orders that were on our production schedules, but were frozen when we closed on 24th March. During this time we will also be revising our working practices and processes to ensure that we can continue to operate in a safe and secure environment, that considers the health, safety, and well-being of our staff as a priority. Once our new processes are in place, and conform to the recommended advice for physical distancing, we intend to return to our full complement of manufacturing teams.

Our office staff will continue to work from home for the majority of the time, in line with UK Government guidelines.”

“Covid-19 is presenting extreme challenges for the UK and the rest of the world and we find ourselves in unprecedented times.

We want to play our part in contributing to help stop the spread of this virus and the safety and well-being of our staff, suppliers and customers are at the core of any decisions we make. Taking the advice of the Government announcements, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend production and close our factory.  We feel that this is the right thing to do.

Our sales and technical team remain operational remotely from their homes to maintain and continue to offer our high level of service and support as needed during this temporary hiatus. Please direct any questions or queries to our sales team at sales@rkprint.com.

We will continue to monitor daily updates from the UK Government, with a view to re-opening as soon as possible and when it becomes safe to do so.

We would like to thank our customers for their patience and our employees for their dedication and support during these challenging times.”
