The range of RK’s proofing and testing equipment includes the simple and inexpensive K Hand Coater, utilising K bars (metering bars) & offering an effective method of applying various surface coatings onto many substrates.

RK’s innovative FlexiProof 100 designed for realistic printability testing on all types of flexo substrates, emulates a flexo printing press and enables users to colour-match off press, reducing on-press waste and minimising press downtime.

Our Reel-to-Reel (R2R) machines include the VCML Lab/Pilot Coater and Versatile Converting Machine (VCM), which is optimised to the specific requirements of the individual. Designed to print, coat & laminate all types of flexible webs on a Reel-to-Reel (R2R) basis, with the ability to apply coatings by multiple application methods.
